On Thursday, December 20th, G-3 had Polar Express Day! The children were able to wear their pajama's to school, and were even able to bring a blanket or stuffed animal to snuggle up with while we watched the movie together! The children sipped on some hot chocolate, made Polar Express trains out of cookies and pretzels, and even did some addition problems with presents for Math that day! Finally, the students listened to the story of The Polar Express and were extremely surprised to find their very own bells from Santa's sleigh hiding inside their coat pockets as they walked out for dismissal! I hope that you and your family had a very wonderful holiday break and I can't wait to see the children's smiling faces when they return! Merry Christmas!
